摘要
分析了商业改造的钢筋混凝土结构安全性鉴定中遇到的一些问题:鉴定范围的选取,目标使用年限的确定,荷载的取值,计算分析,安全性评级。结合工程实例说明解决的办法,并进行了国家标准和北京地标的对比,对类似项目的开展提供了经验和建议。
Some problems encountered in the safety appraisal of reinforcement concrete structure of commercial reconstruction were analyzed such as the selection of the appraisal scope,the determination of the expected working life,the value of the loads,calculation and analysis,safety assessment.The solutions combined with the actual projects were explained,and the standards of national and Beijing was compared.The experiences and suggestions for the similar projects are provided.
