摘要
杭州钱塘江两侧新建不少高层及超高层建筑。这些建筑大部分采用灌注桩基础,主楼部分大多采用桩底后注浆技术。少数工程发生后注浆浆液流失及桩顶冒浆事故。根据地质条件及现场施工情况,对后注浆底部泥浆通道、上返高度进行分析,得出浆液流失及桩顶冒浆的原因并采取相应措施进行处理。
Many new tall and super-tall buildings are bulited on both sides of the Qiantang river.Most of these building use pile foundation,shaft base post grouting technique is adopted in the main part of buildings.Post-grouting Slurry loss and overflow from the top of pile of post-grouting are occurred on a few engineerings.According to the geological conditions and construction situation,the bottom of the channel and climb height were analyzed.It is concluded that the cause of the slurry loss and overflow from the top of pile are concluded,and corresponding measures are taken.
