摘要
借助有限元软件ANSYS workbench,通过接触单元模拟保温岩棉与固定件之间的连接,对主控风载作用下超高层涂料型外保温岩棉力学性能和锚钉做出全面的结构分析,提出不同高度区段锚钉数量的简化表格,对超高层涂料型保温岩棉系统的设计起到借鉴和指导意义。
With the help of contact finite-element analysis software ANSYS workbench,A serial of comprehensive analysis of structural performance of external thermal coating insulation rock wool and anchors for super high-rise building were presented.Under the prominent control condition of wind load pressure,structural bond connection between rock wool and panel at the end of anchor was stimulated and rational numbers of anchors for different height are provided,and,therefore,this reasonable parameters for similar cases are simplified in a form of table for structural reference.
