Structural design of the No. 2 tower of Nanchang Zhengsheng Taigu Commercial Plaza

摘要 南昌正盛太古港商业城2#塔楼为超B级高度的超限高层建筑,采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构体系。从概念设计出发,通过对基础选型、结构布置、结构整体分析、抗震性能化设计等方面进行优化设计,针对底部加强区剪力墙、型钢混凝土柱、Y向一字形剪力墙及相应连梁等关键构件采取相应的抗震加强措施,保证了结构的安全性和经济性。对结构分别进行了小震弹性、中震及大震弹塑性等计算分析,结果表明结构具有良好的抗侧刚度和抗扭性能,可较好地满足抗震设计三水准、两阶段的性能目标。 The No. 2 tower of Nanchang Zhengsheng Taigu Commercial Plaza is an out-of-code high-rise building,which exceeds the B-level of requirements of the code. The reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structural system is adopted. It fully satisfies design requirements of the super high-rise building. In accordance with conceptual design principles,the structure safety and economical efficiency were achieved through a complete optimal design process of foundation selection,structure arrangement,overall structure analysis and performance-based seismic design. Special seismic design approaches such as which strengthen area at the bottom to a shear wall,steel reinforced concrete column,Y-type shear wall and its connected to this plane beam and so on. Calculation analyses of the structure,including the elastic analysis and elasticplastic analysis under earthquake were conducted. The results show that the tower structure has good lateral stiffness and torsional behavior,which meet the three level and the two-stage seismic performance objectives.
