摘要
北京朝阳六里屯商业办公A2楼结构高度116.4m,采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系。介绍了本工程结构特点、超限内容及抗震性能目标。采用SATWE和MIDAS Building软件进行结构弹性分析,计算结果基本一致,各项指标满足规范要求,另外补充了多遇地震弹性下的时程分析和罕遇地震下的静力弹塑性分析。结果表明,本工程采取的结构抗震措施合理,结构体系可以满足预定的抗震性能设计目标。
Beijing Chaoyang Liulitun commercial office tower A2 has the structual height of 116. 4 m with the structural system of reinforced concrete frame-corewall. The structural characteristics of the project were introduced as well as out-ofcode items,sesimic performance objectives. SATWE and MIDAS Building software were used to carry out elastic analysis,and both the results are basically the same and meet the relevant requirements of design codes. In addition,elastic timehistory analysis under the frequent earthquake and pushover analysis under the rare earthquake were supplemented. The results show that the measures adopted in the design are reasonable and the strutural system can meet the intended seismic performance objectives.
