摘要
地下工程结构设计过程中,选择合理的楼盖形式是实现工程建设经济合理的重要环节。研究了两种常见地下工程结构的楼盖(无梁楼盖和普通梁板式楼盖),选取了三种不同跨度(6m,8m,10m),在覆土0.5m,附加恒、活荷载为2.5k N/m2的条件下,重点考虑了钢筋、混凝土及土方开挖的成本,通过对比发现:在小跨度的条件下,无梁楼盖的造价较低,跨度较大时,普通梁板式楼盖较为经济;对于无梁楼盖,降低板厚能有效降低成本,主要受钢筋价格大幅降低的影响;从单位平米的造价看,跨度为6m×6m的无梁楼盖成本最低。
Floors of different types have significant influences to its cost especially with the steel price considerably reducing at present,so selecting the proper floor to cut down the cost proves very important. Two common floors( nonbeam floor and bean-and-slab floor) were taken for example,and different distances between the columns( 6 m × 6 m,8 m × 8 m,10 m × 10 m) on the condition were selected that the floor has 0. 5 meter soil and both 2. 5 k N/m2 dead and live load as well as take the cost of steel,concrete and soil excavation into consideration. It's found that: non-beam floor has lower cost when the distance between columns is short while beam-and-slab floor is more economic when it has long distance between columns. As to non-beam floor,reducing the thickness of the floor can efficiently cut down the expense mainly due to the fall of steel price. From the cost per square meter,non-beam floor with 6 meter of the column distance has the lowest cost.
