关于JGJ 231—2010中承插盘扣式脚手架立杆计算长度和风荷载弯矩计算的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 承插盘扣式脚手架以其搭设方便、可靠性高、标准件易于管理等优点,在实际工程中的应用日益增多。经过分析在运用及实际工程中遇到的一些问题,发现规程中关于盘扣式脚手架立杆计算长度系数的取值和风荷载作用下立杆弯矩的计算值得商榷。故此对盘扣式脚手架进行不同搭设形式、边界条件、节点转动刚度和施工活荷载组合下的立杆稳定承载力与计算长度系数的计算分析,和在不同风荷载等效形式作用下的立杆弯矩计算和分析,针对规程相关规定进行了讨论。 The ring lock scaffold is applied progressively in practical engineering,as its advantage of easy erect,high reliability and easy management of standard components. Combined with some questions during the practical application of ring lock scaffold,the value of effective length coefficient and calculation of pole bending moment were discussed,and several questionable issues about code were proposed. Therefore,the finite element models of ring lock scaffold under different frame forms,boundary conditions,node rotational stiffness and live loads combinations were established to calculate and analysis the stability ultimate bearing capacity and effective length coefficient of pole,and the bending moment of pole under wind load. Then some discussions about regulations of criterion were carried out.
