摘要
一般的钢柱、钢梁结构普遍存在牛腿,以便满足建筑整体结构和力学的设计要求。桁架结构中普遍存在箱形斜牛腿,安装过程中常因加工制作偏差而造成接口错边现象,从而导致构件端口无法匹配和安装。本技术对桁架层斜牛腿箱形接口错边过大,通过放样划线,标记错边坐标点,采用切割变更错边余量,选用小规格焊接参数焊接填充,辅以火焰微调矫正,最后进行预拼装验收,实现了以局部调整、经济效益高的牛腿箱形接口错边纠偏,达到现场安装施工的要求。
There are brackets in general steel column and steel beam structures,so as to meet the design requirements of the whole structure and mechanics of the building. Box-shaped inclined brackets are widely used in truss structures,which often results in the phenomenon of interface edge misalignment due to manufacturing errors and results in the failure of component ports to fit and install. This technique creates too large edge misalignment in box-shaped interface for the inclined bracket in truss layer. By marking out line for laying-off and marking the coordinate points of edge misalignment,edge misalignment margin is changed by cutting. Small specifications of welding parameters are used for welding filler,complemented with the flame trimming for rectification. Finally pre-assembled check is conducted,in order to realize the rectification of edge misalignment of box-shaped interface with local adjustment and high economic benefits,to achieve on-site installation and construction requirements.
