摘要 为了解决现有预应力碳纤维板加固技术施工费时费力,且对原有构件造成破坏等一系列问题。在现有预应力碳纤维板锚固技术研究的基础上,研发了一套新的预应力碳纤维板锚固装置,并对新锚固装置的设计及施工工艺进行分析。分析结果显示,所研发的预应力碳纤维板锚固装置及其施工方法能较好地满足碳纤维板的施工要求,结构简单易行,减少对原有构件造成的破坏,且增大可调范围,充分表明新装置性能相对现有装置有较大提升。 In order to solve a series of problems,such as the time-consuming and strenuous construction of the existing prestressed CFRP plate and the destruction of the original components. On the basis of the study on the existing anchorage technology of prestressed CFRP plate,a new anchorage device for prestressed CFRP plate has been developed,and the design and construction process of the new anchoring devices have been analyzed. The analysis results show that prestressed CFRP plate anchoring device was developed and its construction method can better meet the construction requirements of CFRP plate,the structure is simple and easy,reduce the damage of original component,and increase the adjustable range,Those fully show that the new device has greatly improved performance compared with the existing device.
