摘要
厦门海沧某项目为高142.60m的超限高层建筑,采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构体系。为保证结构延性,针对超限情况及结构体系,本文提出性能设计目标,利用承载力及变形验证不同水准下结构与构件的抗震性能。计算结果表明:通过采取相应的设计措施,可以实现预定的性能目标,工程抗震性能良好,结构体系安全可行。进行了结构温度应力分析,提出设计建议。
An ultra-limit high-rise building of hight 142. 60 m in Haicang,Xiamen,adopts a reinforced concrete frame shear wall structure system. In order to ensure the ductility of structures,a performance design objective was proposed for overrun and structural systems. The bearing capacity and deformation were used to verify the seismic performance of structures and components at different levels. The calculation results show that the desired performance targets can be achieved by adopting the corresponding design measures; the seismic performance of the project is good and the structure system is safe and feasible. The structural temperature stress analysis was carried out and the design suggestion was put forward.
