摘要
上海9号线金海路站地铁上盖及其周边综合体开发是轨道交通结合城市综合体开发的工程。其地下空间结构开发采用分期建设,各分区之间通过分期建设整体连接、整体同期共建、设置诱导缝、退界方式处理。详细介绍了各分区分期建设的处理方法,支护结构设计,邻地铁周边结构设计,地下开发与地铁主体结构的连接设计,沉降控制,超长地下室结构设计等关键问题,并采取相应技术措施。简单介绍了地铁上盖综合体开发中可能存在的问题以及部分解决方案。工程实践表明,采取的结构措施安全可行,可有效减少邻地铁周边建设对地铁建设、运营的影响,对类似的工程有所借鉴。
The development project of Shanghai NO. 9 subway Jinhai Road station and surrounding complex is a project of rail transit combined with complex building. The development of underground space structure is carried out by stages,and the joint between each subarea is settled by phases connections,co-buildings,induced joints and withdrawal of boundary.Some key problems,such as the methods of each subarea construction,retaining structure design,adjacent subway structure design,the connection design of the underground development and the subway structure,the settlement control,the design of the ultra-long basement structure were deeply analyzed,and appropriate design technical measures were taken. Besides,some potential problems and corresponding solutions on building complex over subway stations were provided. The engineering practice shows that the structural measures adopted are safe and feasible,and can effectively reduce the impact of construction of neighboring subways on the construction and operation of subways,which can be used for reference to similar projects.
