摘要
海口市民游客中心结构下部采用混凝土框架剪力墙结构,上部采用木结构屋面。支承木结构的钢斜支承通过抗震球铰支座放置在下部混凝土框架柱上。木结构屋面由高、中、低三个独立的部分组成,总面积约1.2万m2,为国内单体建筑木屋面面积之最。屋面木结构采用钢斜支承+木弧梁+木次梁+木隔板组成空间受力体系。本文介绍了针对项目结构超长特点所选用的计算措施和构造措施,由于层叠状的屋面体型独特,对屋面进行了风洞试验研究和风致振动分析,并对SAP2000主要计算结果和钢结构节点进行了介绍,最后针对项目地质条件介绍了本项目的基础选型。研究及设计结果表明:通过合理的结构体系分析,原结构的不规则性得到了有效控制。通过优化设计,有效地控制了建造成本、缩减了建设周期。
Frame-wall structure is adopted for the Citizen and Visitor Center in Haikou,above the concrete substructure a wooden roof is supported by the steel braces which are based on the column of frame-wall structure through the anti-seismic ball connection. The area of the wooden roof is about 12,000 m2 which is consisted of three independent parts. By far it is the largest wooden roof domestically. The calculation and design details were introduced to consider the overlong issue.The integral wooden roof structure was built up with steel braces,main arc wood beam,secondary wood beam and the wood diaphragm. The wind tunnel test and wind-induced responses were carried out concerning the unique tiered roof form. The SAP2000 calculation results and the steel joint details were displayed. Finally,the foundation design was introduced. The research and design results show that,by using reasonable structure analysis and design,the irregularity of original structure has been effectively controlled. By optimized design,the construction cost and time are reduced.
