摘要 某沿海料场长595m、宽200m,为满足减少物料损失、提高物料品质、保护工艺设备等要求需进行封闭。从结构体系上提出采用2×100m双跨柱面网壳结构方案,介绍了该结构布置、荷载取值、风荷载参数,对中间支承结构进行了优化布置和详细的设计过程阐述。还对网壳结构进行了多模型分析对比计算,采取了一些有效的结构技术措施改善结构受力,实现螺栓球连接,取得了较好的效果。 The material yard is near the coast with length of 595 m and width of 200 m. In order to reducing material loss,improving the quality of materials and protecting process equipment,a closed structures is used. Structure scheme of 2 ×100 m double span cylindrical latticed shell was put forward,and the structure layout,load values,wind load parameters were introduced. The intermediate support structure has been optimized arrangement including which detailed design process. The latticed shell was also compared and calculated by some models,and some effective structural technical measures were adopted to improve the structural force and realize bolted ball connection,better effects were obtained.
