成都某塔楼偏置高层结构超限抗震设计

Overhead limit seismic design of biased high-rise structure of a tower in Chengdu

摘要 采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,应用YJK,ETABS,SAUSAGE,ABAQUS等软件对一栋房层高度为80.3m、带裙楼且塔楼偏置的超限高层建筑进行抗震超限分析,介绍了该结构超限抗震设计情况和技术措施。分析结果表明,通过合理的概念设计和构造措施,该结构抗震性能目标满足D级的要求。 The seismic design method based performance was used for a super high-rise building by YJK,ETABS,SAUSAGE and ABAQUS etc. The height of the building with skirt is 80.3 m-high and tower-biased. Seismic design and technical measures were introduced. Analysis results show that seismic performance objectives of this building meet the requirements of the D level,by means of rational concept design and construction measures.
