摘要
上海长宁来福士北区裙房结构为型钢混凝土混合框架结构体系,在7层楼面设置27榀钢结构桁架,对部分柱进行局部下吊转换或上抬转换。采用ETABS软件分析结构大震下的抗震性能,并对关键构件的损伤状况进行研究。分析结果表明,结构具有良好的抗震性能,结构布置较为合理,达到了预定的抗震性能目标。
Steel reinforced concrete frame structure system is adopted in the northern podium of Raffles City in Changning District of Shanghai. The transferred columns were achieved by 27 steel transfer trusses on 7 floor,where some columns hanging under or stand upon. The seismic performance under frequent earthquake was analyzed and the damage of key member wad studied by ETABS. The results show that the structure has good seismic performance,and the structure system layout is reasonable,which meet the relevant regulatory requirements.
