摘要
钢结构抗火研究变得越来越重要,数值模拟分析方法已成为钢结构抗火性能分析的一个主要方法。以青岛西站东侧站房屋盖的钢桁架结构为研究对象,应用FDS模拟建筑在火灾发生时的升温环境,应用ABAQUS有限元软件,模拟分析钢桁架结构在热力耦合作用下的受力性能、钢屋架的耐火能力。分析结果表明,在火灾下该钢屋架变形均在合理范围内,最大应力也满足结构安全性要求。钢屋架耐火能力分析方法可为同类结构耐火设计提供参考。
Steel structure fire resistance becomes increasingly important,and numerical simulation analysis method has become one of the principal methods of steel structure fire-resistant performance analysis. The trusswork of the roofs at the east station and the west station in Qingdao is taken as the research object; FDS is applied to simulate the heating environment under the condition of the structure fire disaster; the thermal-mechanical coupling module of ABAQUS finite element software is adopted,analyzing the force performance of the structure before and after the fire disaster as well as the fire resistance of the steel roof truss. After analysis,the steel truss deformation is within the reasonable limit,and the maximum stress under fire should meet the requirements of structure safety. The steel roof truss fire resistance ability analysis method can provide a reference for the fire resistance design of homogeneous structures.
