某会议中心屋面27.6m大跨钢-混凝土组合梁基于手算的设计思路

摘要 结合某屋面27.6m大跨钢-混凝土组合梁工程实例的设计过程,介绍了基于手算的设计思路和构造方法。具体对该钢-混凝土组合梁进行了竖向荷载、地震作用、温度作用等分析,与主体间采用一端固定铰支座、一端带限位防撞装置单向活动铰支座的弱连接形式以释放温度应力和满足大震下弹塑性水平最大位移要求,并对两种支座受力特点分析设计,给出节点构造大样,同时指出施工措施注意事项,以供类似工程参考。 Combining the design process of a 27. 6 m large-span steel-concrete composite beam project of a roof,the design idea and construction method based on hand calculation were introduced. The vertical load, earthquake effect,temperature effect of the steel-concrete composite beams were mainly analyzed. The weak connection of the main body with one end fixed at one end of a hinge support,anti-collision device one-way hinge supports can release of temperature stress and meet the earthquake elastic-plastic displacement and the maximum horizontal band limited,the bearing characteristics of two kinds of bearing were designed and analyzed,the node construction details were given,and the construction measures of attention were offered,which provides reference for similar projects.
