摘要
某32层的框架剪力墙结构高层建筑建造于21世纪初,其顶层设计为直升机停机坪。近期发现房屋顶层局部框架柱出现了严重的裂缝。介绍了对该房屋的现场检测情况,并对裂缝产生原因进行了分析,发现该裂缝是比较罕见的由于屋面温度应力引起的框架柱开裂。最后指出设计施工过程中应注意构造缺陷引起的短柱问题,以及日常使用过程中屋面应注意防水层老化引起的温度应力问题。
A thirty-two-storey frame-shear wall structure was built at the beginning of 21 century which top layer was designed as helicopter landing pad. Recently,a serious shear fracture occurred in the topical frame column of the roof.The on-site inspection of the building was introduced and the causes of the cracks was analyzed,and found that the crack was a rare kind of frame column cracking due to roof temperature stress. In the end,the construction defects should be paid attention to the problem of short column which was been pointed out,and during the daily use,the temperature stress caused by the aging of the waterproof layer was should be paid attention for roof.
