摘要
结合北京市怀柔区某新建清水池工程,主要针对预应力混凝土水池优化设计进行了研究。介绍用有限元软件MSC.Marc对清水池结构进行整体建模过程。证明无粘结预应力混凝土技术可以显著增强结构正常使用极限状态下的受力性能,减小结构变形,保证清水池服役期内不出现裂缝。减小原设计中清水池各构件截面尺寸,对案例工程进行优化设计,从混凝土和钢筋用量上体现预应力混凝土水池结构的经济性。
A new clean water pool construction project in Huairou District of Beijing was built,and prestressed concrete technology was used for the project to optimize design. The method of building a model with the finite element software MSC. Marc was introduced. It is proved that the technology of unbonded prestressed concrete can significantly enhance the reliability of the structure engineering in the serviceability limit states,reduce the structural deformation and ensure clean water pool is effective during service. Try to change the original design of the pool section height to optimize the design,according to concrete and steel consumption reflect the economic indicators of pool of prestressed concrete structure.
