摘要
概述了上海颛桥万达PC结构设计过程,简单介绍了本工程涉及的PC技术方案,详细阐述了现浇框架柱、预制叠合框架梁、预制叠合次梁、预制叠合楼板、预制双T板、预制楼梯等各构件之间的主要连接节点、设计细节及实践案例,在国内大型商业广场项目的 PC设计中首次采用预制预应力双T板技术。本文结合国家、上海市绿色建筑及PC的相关规范、政策,为购物中心等大型商业广场的的PC设计提供了工程参考。
This article summarizes the design process of PC structure of Shanghai Zhuanqiao Wanda Plaza,briefly introduces the PC technology involved in the project,and elaborates in detail about the main connection joints between elements,design details and practical cases of cast-in-situ frame columns,precast composite frame beams,precast composite secondary beams,precast composite floors,precast double T-slabs,precast staircases,which is the first time using precast pre-stressed double T-slab technology in the PC design of large commercial plaza projects domestically. This article combines the national,Shanghai green building and PC related codes and policies,providing project reference for the PC design of large commercial plaza such as shopping centers and so on.
