一种高预制率的新型现浇剪力墙结构研究

摘要 高预制率的新型现浇剪力墙结构,其剪力墙主要布置在建筑外围和交通核处,建筑平面内部仅设置用于竖向承重的混凝土柱。对新型结构的抗震性能、预制率及经济性与传统结构方案进行了对比分析。新型结构抗震性能良好,预制率高,便于实现天津市关于装配式建筑的预制装配率要求,同时便于室内户型的灵活布置,具有较好的发展前景。 A new type of cast-in-place shear wall structure with high precast rate,its shear wall is mainly arranged on the periphery of the building and the traffic core,the concrete column for vertical load bearing is set inside the building. The seismic performance,precast rate and economic of the new structure were compared with traditional structure. The seismic performance of new type of structural is good,the precast rate is high,easy to meet the precast requirements of Tianjin city,the new type of structure is helpful for flexible arrangement of door model,has good prospects for development.
