装配式轻钢复合楼盖试验研究 被引量:2

Experimental study on fabricated lightweight steel floors

摘要 发展装配式建筑是建造方式的重大变革,介绍一种新型装配式轻钢复合楼盖。通过对足尺轻钢复合楼盖静力加载试验,研究了该楼盖的竖向承载性能及挠曲变形特性。测试了试件应力、应变的随荷载变化,得到了试件不同阶段的受力特点、试件破坏顺序及最终的破坏形式,并分析了内填充材料(发泡水泥)的在板抗弯承载力中的贡献,采用有限元软件ABAQUS对该楼盖进行模拟分析,分析结果与试验值吻合良好。试验表明,提出的轻钢复合楼盖是一种施工简便、承载力较高并应用范围较广的新型楼盖体系。 The development of assembly-type building is a major change in the way of construction,a new assembly of light steel composite floor was introduced. Through the static loading test of the full-scale light steel composite floor,the vertical bearing performance and the deflection characteristics of the floor were studied. The stress,strain and load of the specimen were tested. The stress characteristics,the failure order and the ultimate failure mode of the specimen were obtained. The flexural bearing capacity of the inner filling material foamed cement was analyzed. The test shows that the light steel composite floor is a kind of new floor system with simple construction,high bearing capacity and wide application range.
