摘要
华夏御府中央小区主体结构采用目前大力推广的钢结构装配式结构体系,具有抗震性能好、强度高、绿色节能等优势。与此同时,BIM技术在本项目建筑、结构以及机电等各专业的应用,能够在设计与施工阶段中解决机电管综的管理协调问题,减少返工,降低设计变更成本并节省工期;从而逐步实现建筑项目工程的全方位、全生命周期、多层次的远程可视化管理。同时文中还介绍了钢结构部分深化设计等相关内容。
Huaxia Yufu Central Community main structure adopts assembled building with steel structure which is strongly recommended. It has good seismic performance,high strength,green material,energy saving and other advantages. At the same time,the application of BIM technology in architecture,structure,electric,HVAC and water supply and drainage not only solves the comprehensive mechanical pipeline coordination management problem but also reduces rework,design alteration cost and saves time in both design and construction period. Thus,remote visual management of all-round,full life cycle,multi-level in construcution project could be achieved. Details about steel structure were also included.
