深化设计是工程施工的关键准备工作之一,而深化设计管理更是国际工程施工总承包项目管理中一个必不可少的环节。从分析港珠澳大桥澳门口岸管理区项目特点及难点入手,详细介绍了该项目通过设置深化设计的管理体系,设定相应的组织架构、职责和工作流程,运用BIM技术,从图纸深化、进度管理、质量管理、各方协调等各环节入手,在极端工期条件下,确保项目履约,提升品质,体现出深化设计管理在国际工程施工总承包管理中的价值。
Shop drawing is the key preparation work of project construction,and shop drawing management is an indispensable link of the international EPC projects management. Starting with analysis of project features and difficulties,introduces in detail how the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Macao Boundary Crossing Facilitates Administrative Area Project ensures project implementation,improve construction quality and embody the value of shop drawing management in EPC projects management of international project construction within extreme time limit,by establishing the shop drawing management system,setting corresponding organizational structures,responsibilities and working procedures,adopting BIM,and enhancing all links including drawing deepening,progress management,quality management and overall coordination.
