摘要
为了基坑安全监测及数据采集,查阅了相关文献和建筑基坑工程监测技术规范等,充分咨询相关专家和施工人员,制定了测点布设原则和测斜管埋设原则。在扎实调查工程概况、周边环境和以及基坑的支护设计情况的基础上,设计了基坑工程的深层水平位移监测方案,包括人工监测方案、远程自动化监测方案。测斜仪人工监测方案布设了12个监测点,监测仪器采用TGCX-1-100B型测斜仪。用测斜仪自下而上测量预先埋设在地下连续墙体内的测斜管的变形情况,以掌握基坑开挖过程中地下连续墙体在深度方向上的水平位移情况。自动化监测方案布设了4个监测点,监测仪器采用TGCX-2-100测斜仪。采用自动化监控系统进行监测数据采集,充分利用现代化网络通信技术,实现异地远程无线数据自动化采集和传送,并组建多台设备、多区域的分布式广域网数据采集系统,同时直接与监控平台进行数据对接,对基坑进行连续的变形监测。监控方案的设计为后续的监测数据采集奠定了基础。
For the safety monitoring and data collection of the foundation pit,the authors referred to the relevant literatures and technical specifications of the foundation pit engineering monitoring,and also consulted relevant experts and the constructors. This paper formulated the principle of measuring points and the inclined pipe buried. On the basis of a solid survey of the project,surrounding environment,and as well as the supporting design of the foundation pit,the monitoring scheme of deep horizontal displacement of the foundation pit was designed,including artificial monitoring scheme and remote automatic monitoring scheme. 12 monitoring points were set up in the manual monitoring scheme of inclinometer,and the TGCX-1-100 B inclinometer was adopted in the monitoring instrument. In order to grasp the horizontal displacement of the continuous wall in the depth direction of the foundation pit,the deformation of the inclinometer tube,which is pre-buried inside the diaphragm wall,was measured from bottom to top by the inclinometer. The automatic monitoring scheme has set up 4 monitoring points,and the monitoring instrument adopts the TGCX-2-100 inclinometer.The automatic monitoring system for monitoring and collecting data made full use of modern network communication technology to realize automatic collection and transmission of remote wireless data in different places. Meanwhile,the data collection system of distributed wide area network with multi-equipment and multi-region was set up,which is docking directly with the monitoring platform to continuously monitor the deformation of the foundation pit. The design of monitoring scheme lays a foundation for subsequent monitoring data collection.
