摘要
置地广场C座结构高度为204. 1m,地下4层,地上50层,主体采用型钢混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,结构属于超限高层建筑。介绍了地基基础的设计、结构选型及经济比较,同时重点分析了结构的抗震性能,对结构在小震、中震、大震下的抗震性能进行了评估。分析结果表明,本结构能够满足超限审查设定的抗震性能目标;同时,通过抗震分析找出了结构的薄弱部位,提出了针对性的抗震加强措施。
Tower C in landmark plaza is a high-rise building which exceeds the prescription of specification,the height of structure is 204. 1m with 4 stories underground and 50 stories overground. The steel reinforced concrete frame-core structure system was adopted in this tower. The design of the foundation and base,the selection and analysis of the structural system were discussed. And seismic behavior of this structure was analyzed and evaluated under frequent earthquake,occasional and rare earthquake. All the results shows that the structure can meet the seismic performance target. Then corresponding design instructions were proposed for the weak parts of the building which is found by the seismic analysis.
