摘要
南京世茂G11项目2号住宅楼结构高度为141. 95m,采用剪力墙结构体系,工程属于超A级高度建筑。根据规范要求对工程进行结构抗震性能设计,根据工程特点以及超限程度设定本工程性能目标为C级,并进行了小震、中震作用下弹性计算分析及大震作用下的动力弹塑性时程分析。计算结果表明,工程各项指标满足现行规范和规程要求,结构安全可行。
2 # residential building of Shimao G11 project in Nanjing is height of 141. 95 m,which adopts shear wall structural system,the building belongs to over A-level height building. Combined with requirements of code,peformancebased seismic design was carried out. According to the structural system features and out-of-conditions objective of the whole structure,the performance goal was set as C-grade. The elastic analysis under the action of small earthquakes and medium earthquakes,the dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis under the rare earthquake were conducted. The results of the calculation shows that the indicators can meet code requirement,the structure is safe and feasible.
