摘要
吕梁学院新校区行政楼属于不规则高层建筑,采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构体系。根据超限情况,系统地介绍了针对多项不规则项所选用的计算措施,同时对关键构件设计选用的性能化设计方法进行了具体的陈述。计算结果表明,通过采取相应的设计措施,可以实现预定的性能目标,不规则性得到有效控制,结构体系安全可行。
The administration building of the new campus of Luliang College belongs to irregular high-rise buildings and adopts reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure system. According to the over-limit situation,the calculation measures about a number of irregular items and makes a concrete statement on the performance-based design methods selected for key component design were systematically introduces. The calculation results show that the predetermined performance targets can be achieved by adopting corresponding design measures,the irregularity is effectively controlled,and the structural system is safe and feasible.
