摘要
由于场地总平面容积率、户型等的因素影响,平面不规则高层住宅剪力墙结构的应用趋于普遍。以广西钦州市某平面突出部分长度过大不规则高层住宅为例,分别设计了三种具有代表性的剪力墙结构布置方案,运用SATWE有限元结构软件模拟在地震作用和风荷载参与组合工况下的位移变化,对三种结构方案的结构性能进行对比分析。结果表明:对于平面突出部分长度过大不规则平面,剪力墙布置的形式根据偏心情况需要调整,适当增减离质心不同距离的剪力墙数量,使结构的质心与刚心尽可能接近。短肢剪力墙布置方案的总体抗侧移刚度小于普通剪力墙结构布置,若使用短肢剪力墙结构布置方案,短肢剪力墙布置于内部的方案优于短肢剪力墙布置于外围的方案,尽量将普通剪力墙布置在建筑平面外边缘及转角处。
Considering the factor of total floor area rate and house type,the shear wall in the irregular plane are widely used in the high-rise buildings. Takes a high-rise residential in Guangxi,Qinzhou City,which the ratio of length to width is irregular as an example. Three kinds of representative structure shear wall layout scheme were designed,then the simulation of wind load and earthquake displacement in combined conditions by SATWE software,and the structure properties of the three kinds of schemes were analyzed. The results show that for a ratio of length to width of irregular plane,shear wall layout form need to adjust according to the situation of eccentric,to make the structure of the center of mass and the heart just as close as possible by increasing/reducing the quantity of shear wall. The whole lateral stiffness of short pier shear wall layout scheme is less than the general shear wall structure layout,if the use of short pier shear wall structure layout,it is better to set short shear wall inside the internal structure than the periphery scheme,and the ordinary shear wall is arranged at the outer edge and the corner of the building plane.
