摘要
福建省龙岩市龙津湖规划展示馆结构体型超长,为实现建筑立面效果,在无法设置结构伸缩缝的情况下,采用PMSAP软件进行温度应力计算;本工程存在多项不规则项,包含扭转不规则、局部细腰形结构平面、局部大开洞、立面尺寸收进以及局部转换、错层等,同时为满足建筑大空间效果要求,局部采用大悬挑、大跨度钢筋混凝土结构。通过结构布置调整、补充计算分析以及采取适当的构造措施对以上各个结构薄弱环节进行核算及加强;因结构不规则项较多,整体结构较为复杂,故采用两种软件进行对比验算,同时采用性能化设计分析;同时本工程地质条件较为复杂,经方案对比验算,最终采用桩基础。本工程的设计经验可供类似工程参考。
Longjin Lake Planning Exhibition Hall in Longyan City of Fujian Province is a super-long structure. In order to realize architectural elevation effects,no structural expansion joint was built and PMSAP software was used to calculate temperature stresses. This project has many irregular parts which include torsional irregularity,local wasp-waisted structural plan,horizontal holes with large dimensions,setback of elevation dimensions,local transfer beams and local staggered layers. Meanwhile,large-span and long-cantilever structures was adopted to realize large space architectural effect. Structural plan optimization,additional calculations and appropriate structural details were adopted to analyze and strengthen the structural weaknesses. Because many irregular parts are involved and the whole structural design are complicated,two different softwares were used to do comparison calculations and performance-based design was adopted.Meanwhile,geological conditions of this project are complicated. After comparison between two different schemes,pile foundation was adopted. The design experience of this project can be referred to by other similar projects.
