Research on balance pretension scheme of prestressed steel structure

摘要 预应力钢结构形式丰富多彩,拉索数量较多、索力各异。张拉方案不仅涉及到成形效率、可操作性等,而且还涉及到成形过程中结构的安全性。在张拉方案确定时,应遵应遵从四项原则,即安全性、关联性、经济性和高效性。在此基础上,提出了平衡张拉的概念,并指出平衡张拉主动索选取原则及其注意事项,以及被动索控制标准等。工程实践表明:平衡张拉法简洁高效、合理可靠,是值得推广的一种张拉方式。 The structure of prestressed steel is rich and colorful,the number of cables is more and the cable force is different. The tensioning scheme not only involves the forming efficiency and the maneuverability,but also involves the safety of the structure during the forming process. These was pointed out that the four principles of safety,relevance,economy and efficiency should be followed when the tensioning scheme is determined. On this basis,the concept of balance pretension was put forward,and the principles for the selection of active cables,as well as the control standard of passive cables were pointed out. The practice shows that the balance pretension method is simple and efficient,reasonable and reliable,and it should be promoted and extended.
