Research on tolerance control of concrete member for prefabricated construction

摘要 阐述了国内外标准对装配式建筑混凝土构件生产制作与施工安装过程中的构件尺寸公差规定。分析表明,标准中对构件尺寸允许公差要求差异主要体现在公差数值、公差配分形式、构件类型及尺寸等方面。国外标准中对构件允许公差控制注重于构件尺寸大小和类型等影响,国内标准侧重于公差取值及范围,我国地方和行业标准对构件尺寸允许公差要求略宽松。既有装配式建筑公差研究不足主要是公差配分形式、取值及依据,缺少全过程公差控制理论分析,未考虑全过程中的公差累积和抵消效应。 Provisions of the dimensional tolerances of the concrete member for prefabricated construction during the stages of production and erection were investigated,which were proposed by international and national standards. The results show that in these standards,the differences of allowable tolerances for member dimension are mainly in the forms of tolerances value,tolerances partition function form,member type and size etc. The influence of member type and size on the tolerance are emphasized by foreign standards. However,the value and range of tolerance for member are highlighted by Chinese standards. In addition,the permitted values of tolerance are loosely limited by provincial and industrial standard. There are many shortcomings of tolerance for prefabricated construction proposed by existing standards,which are in the forms of tolerance partition function form,value range and the corresponding basis. The existing researches have not discussed the tolerance control theory during the whole processes. Moreover,the effects of accumulation and offset are neglected during the stages whole process.
