摘要
王府井饭店改造工程东侧裙房是在拆除原有饭店配楼后原址新建的建筑,采用了钢框架结构,并采用摩擦摆支座连接新建裙楼与相邻的主体结构。由于原有结构桩基位置限制了新建桩基的布置,采取了提高桩基承载力的措施以减少桩数、减小施工难度。宴会厅楼面和屋顶为大跨度钢结构,由于层高原因限制结构梁高,采用单向密肋钢梁的布置方式,减小了梁截面并提高楼面竖向刚度。本文选取不同运动的荷载激励时程,计算屋盖结构的竖向加速度响应,结果表明,屋盖结构满足了相应的舒适度要求,为类似工程提供设计参考。
The Eastern Skirt Building of the Wangfujing Grand Hotel Improvement Project is a new building in the original location after the demolition of the original hotel layout,which adopts steel frame structure,and the friction pendulum bearing was used to connect the Eastern Skirt Building with the adjacent main structure. As the location of the original structure pile foundation restricts the layout of the new pile foundation,measures were taken to improve the bearing capacity of the pile foundation to reduce the number of piles and the difficulty of construction. The floor and roof of the banquet hall are large-span steel structures. Due to the laminar height,the beam height of the structure is limited. The arrangement of the single-dimensional ribbed steel beam was adopted to reduce the beam section and improve the vertical stiffness of the floor. In this paper,the vertical acceleration response of roof structure was calculated based on the excitation time schedule of different motions. The results show that roof structure meets the corresponding comfort requirements and provides design reference for similar projects.
