基于结构检测和计算分析的老旧建筑安全性评定及处理方案

Safety assessment and treatment scheme for old buildings based on structural detection and calculation analysis

为了评定老旧建筑物的结构安全性,本文以某老旧建筑工程为实例,首先通过结构检测确定了该建筑物结构工程质量参数;然后根据结构检测数据,对该建筑物整体承载力进行复核计算,综合确定了该建筑物的承载能力检算系数;最后依据结构检测和计算结果,最终给出该建筑物的安全性评级。本文的研究结果为该类问题的进一步研究提供了实践基础。

To assess the safety of the old building,this paper took an old construction project as example. The quality parameters of the structure were determined by the structure test firstly. Then,according to the structure test data,the overall bearing capacity of the building was checked and calculated,and the bearing capacity checking coefficient of the building was determined. Finally,the security rating of the building was given according to the structure test and calculation results. This research provides a practical basis for further research on this kind of problem.
