摘要 某框架-剪力墙结构为地下1层,地上5层,基础采用筏板基础,建筑物所处自然环境正常。该建筑在使用过程中地下室顶板出现多条裂缝。为了解该建筑现时安全性能,故对其进行安全风险评估工作。分析了框架-剪力墙结构楼板开裂安全风险评估分析鉴定实例工程,为以后同类别的检测鉴定工作和相关研究提供实际工程经验。 A frame shear wall structure is one story underground and five stories above ground. The foundation adopts raft foundation. The natural environment of the building is normal. There are many cracks in the basement roof during the use of the building. In order to understand the current safety performance of the building,safety risk assessment was carried out. Through the analysis of the frame shear wall structure floor cracking safety risk assessment and appraisal project,practical engineering experience was provided for the future similar types of inspection and appraisal work and related research.
