既有建筑干挂大理石外墙安全风险评估 被引量:4

Safety risk assessment of dry hanging marble exterior walls of existing buildings

摘要 某办公大楼建造于20世纪80年代末,2013年进行外立面重新装修,建筑高度为33. 5m,共8层。幕墙为全隐框式结构,采用热镀锌钢立柱、横梁承重。该幕墙部分自建成后现已使用多年,发现部分干挂花岗岩大理石发生坠落脱落现象。通过分析既有建筑干挂大理石外墙安全风险评估鉴定实例工程,为以后同类别的检测鉴定工作和相关研究提供实际工程经验。 An office building was built in the late 80 s of last century,and the facade was renovated in 2013. The building height is 33. 5 meters,the highest layer is 8 storeys. The curtain wall is a fully concealed frame structure,with hot galvanized steel columns and beams bearing. Some of the curtain walls have been used for many years since they were built,and some of the dry-hanging granite marble has fallen off. By analyzing the practical project of safety risk assessment and appraisal of dry-hanging marble exterior wall,this paper provides practical engineering experience for the future similar inspection and appraisal work and related research.
