摘要
依托安徽省合肥市变电站项目,设计了一种风帆形状的新型联合出线构架,出线布置由传统的水平排列改为竖向排列,节省占地,极大节约了项目用地成本。采用连续体结构拓扑优化中的人工密度法优化风帆式构架平面布置形式,并提出全新的构架梁连接板的构造方案。依据构架型式和节点布置方案采用MIDAS/Gen和ABAQUS软件建立有限元模型来优选圆形钢管截面型号,校核其强度、刚度和稳定性,并对构架关键连接节点做计算分析。结果表明,风帆式联合出线构架安全可靠。
Based on Hefei Substation Project in Anhui Province,a new type of sail-shaped joint wire substation frame was designed. The layout of the wires was changed from the traditional horizontal arrangement to the vertical arrangement,which greatly reduced the occupied area and cost. The artificial density method in the topology optimization of continuous structure was used to optimize the planar layout pattern of the sail-shaped frame. A new construction scheme of connecting plate for frame beam was put forward. According to the structural form and joint arrangement scheme,the finite element model was established by MIDAS /Gen and ABAQUS software to optimize the section type of circular steel tube,check its strength, stiffness and stability,and calculate and analyze the key joints of the frame. The results show that the sail-shaped joint wire substation frame is safe and reliable.
