以河砂为掺料的改性生土材料抗压试验研究 被引量:15

Experimental analysis on compressive test of raw soil material modified by river sand

摘要 以浓度为3%的糯米浆作为生土材料的粘结剂,以不同粒径和掺量的河砂作为改性添加材料,通过对改性生土试件进行轴向抗压试验,得到改性生土试件的荷载-位移曲线,分析和讨论改性生土试件的轴向抗压强度。试验表明:以糯米浆作为改性生土材料的粘结剂可有效提高其抗压强度和延性比;以河砂作为改性添加材料,其粒径级配与掺量对改性生土试件的抗压强度和延性比有一定程度影响,掺入15%细砂+15%中砂对试件抗压强度提高效果较其他组明显,该组试件抗压强度为素土试件的1.25倍;延性比较素土试件提高了7%。糯米浆和河砂作为改性生土材料,绿色环保,不会影响生土材料固有的生态特性,并可以改善生土材料的力学性能,是一种可以推广的改性生土配方。 The glutinous rice pulp with the concentration of 3% was used as a binder and river sand with different particle sizes mixing amounts were added to produce modified raw soil materials. Through the axial compression test of modified raw soil specimens,load-displacement curves were obtained. The axial compressive strength were analyzed and discussed. The test indicates that glutinous rice pulp as binder of modified raw soil materials can improve its compressive strength and ductility ratio effectively. Taking river sand as modified raw soil material,the particle size gradation and mixing amount of river sand can have a certain influence on compressive strength and ductility ratio of modified raw soil specimens. The compressive strength of the test specimens of the group with 15% fine sand and 15% medium sand increases significantly compared with other groups,showing 1. 25 times of compressive strength of the pure soil specimens. The ductility ratio is improved by 7% compared with the pure soil specimens. Glutinous rice pulp and river sand as raw soil modified materials is green and environmental,and they do not affect the inherent ecological characteristics of the raw soil materials,which can also improve the mechanical properties of raw soil materials. It can be used as generalized raw soil modified proportioning.
