摘要
采用扁顶法对20片180mm厚的页岩多孔砖砌体墙进行了现场原位试验。通过分析试验结果得到不同砂浆水平灰缝厚度下砌体在分级荷载作用下的破坏模式,应变变化曲线以及初裂荷载、破坏荷载随砂浆厚度的变化曲线。由曲线可分析获得砂浆厚度对砌体抗压强度的影响。依据规范对现场测试的压力进行换算可得扁顶法试验得到的砌体抗压强度,同时利用回弹法推定获得砌体抗压强度参考值,并对采用这两种方法获得的结果与墙体的设计抗压强度进行对比分析,可证实砂浆水平灰缝厚度对页岩多孔砖砌体抗压强度的影响。
In-situ tests were carried out on 20 specimens of 180 mm thick shale porous brick masonry walls by flat jack method.By analyzing the test results,the failure modes,strain curves,initial crack loads and failure loads of masonry under graded loads with different thickness of mortar horizontal mortar cracks were obtained.The influence of mortar thickness on the compressive strength of masonry was obtained from the curve.The compressive strength of masonry obtained by the flat jack test was obtained by converting the pressure measured by the code.At the same time,the reference value of the compressive strength of masonry was deduced by rebound method.The results obtained by these two methods were compared with the design compressive strength of the wall.The effect of the thickness of horizontal mortar crack on the compressive strength of shale porous brick masonry was confirmed.
