摘要
结合在建筑工程施工图审查工作中遇到的一些地基基础设计常见问题,对抗压工况布桩时如何考虑有利地下水浮力作用、基础设计时水浮力分项系数取值、软土地基减沉复合疏桩基础与常规桩基础设计的异同点等进行了简要梳理。指出:基础设计时,应根据地下水对地下结构的不利作用和有利作用,分别选取不同的设计水位;依据选择的桩型及布桩方式区分常规桩基础与减沉复合疏桩基础并采取不同的设计方法。
Combined with the common problems of foundation design in the review of construction drawings of constructional engineering,some themes were mainly discussed,including how to consider favorable effect of groundwater buoyancy when laying piles under compressive condition,the value of partial coefficient of groundwater buoyancy in foundation design,and the similarities and differences of design between the composite sparse-pile foundation for reducing settlement of soft soil foundation and the conventional pile foundation.The results show that different design water levels should be selected according to their disadvantageous and beneficial effects on underground structure in the foundation design,and according to pile type and pile arrangement mode,composite sparse-pile foundation for reducing settlement and ordinary pile foundation were distinguished and different design methods were adopted.
