摘要
凯达尔枢纽国际广场由西塔楼、裙楼和东塔楼组成。介绍了结构单元的划分、风洞试验及风荷载的确定、地下室、地基基础及与城际轨道的关系处理措施。对结构高度为233.5m的西塔楼,采用混凝土框架(低层为钢管混凝土柱)-核心筒结构,分别进行了小震下常规静、动力分析,中震下构件截面承载力验算以及大震下动力弹塑性时程分析,此外,还进行了结构舒适度、穿层柱稳定性等验算,达到了所设定的C级结构抗震性能目标。基于钢管混凝土柱环梁节点,提出了一种钢管混凝土柱与悬臂混凝土梁的连接大样。
Kaidaer Hub International Plaza consists of west tower building,podium building and east tower building.The division of structural units,wind tunnel test and determination of wind load,basement,foundation and treatment measures of the relationship with intercity track were introduced.In the west tower building with a height of 233.5 m,the concrete frame(concrete filled steel tubular columns at the lower levels)and corewall structure was adopted.The conventional static and dynamic analysis under frequent earthquakes,the checking calculation of cross-section bearing capacity under fortification earthquakes and the dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquakes were carried out respectively.In addition,the checking calculation of structural comfort and the stability of skip-floor columns were also carried out,to achieve the C-grade performance-based seismic objective of the structure.Based on the concrete filled steel tubular column ring beam joint,a connection sample of concrete filled steel tubular column and cantilever concrete beam was proposed.
