摘要
针对地震中普通砖砌体填充墙框架结构普遍出现的问题,提出一种装配式秸秆砌块填充墙框架结构体系。通过一个1∶3的普通砖砌体框架结构模型和一个1∶3的装配式秸秆砌块填充墙框架结构模型的地震振动台对比试验,研究了新结构体系在不同烈度地震作用下的动力响应及宏观破坏模式。可以发现,两个框架模型一阶频率的衰减规律基本一致,但破坏模式不同,装配式秸秆砌块填充墙框架结构模型梁端出现塑性铰而柱端完好,属于'强柱弱梁'破坏;同时,试验过程中装配式秸秆砌块填充墙框架结构模型的最大层间位移分布于1层与3层,没有形成底层薄弱层。试验结果表明,新结构体系传力途径清晰,结构刚度分布均匀,满足'小震不坏、中震可修、大震不倒'的抗震设防要求。
A structural system named fabricated straw brick infilled frame structure system was proposed to solve common problems of frame structure with ordinary brick masonry infilled wall under earthquakes.A 1∶3 scaled common brick masonry frame structure model and a 1∶3 scaled fabricated straw brick infilled wall frame structure model were tested by shaking table tests to compare.The dynamic responses and macroscopic failure modes of the new structural system under different seismic intensities were studied.It can be found that the attenuation law of the first-order frequencies of the two frame models is basically the same,but the failure modes are different.The plastic hinges appear at the end of the beams and the ends of the columns are intact in fabricated straw brick infilled wall frame structure model,which belongs to the destruction of'strong column and weak beam'.Meanwhile,the maximum inter-story displacement of the fabricated straw brick infilled wall structure model is distributed in the first and third stories,and weak bottom story is not formed.The test results show that the new structural system has clear transmission way and uniform stiffness distribution,which meets the seismic fortification requirements of'no damage under small earthquakes,repairable in fortification earthquakes and no collapse under rare earthquakes'.
