摘要
广州金融城某超高层项目为超B级高度高层建筑,同时存在楼板开洞、扭转不规则情况,采用了基于性能化的抗震设计方法,根据构件的重要性采取不同的抗震性能目标。设计时,依据不同的性能目标,分别对结构进行了小震弹性分析、小震弹性时程分析、大震弹塑性时程分析、楼板应力分析。计算及研究结果表明,结构整体及各构件的抗震性能均能达到预期目标,结构体系安全可行、合理有效。最后,介绍了钢管混凝土柱的相关连接节点设计。
Super high-rise structure of Guangzhou Financial City is a complex high-rise building exceeding B-level requirement of height in the code.There are irregularities including irregular torsion and partial discontinuity of floor.The performance-based seismic design method was adopted in the design.Different performance targets were proposed according to the importance of the components.The elasticity analysis under frequent earthquakes,the elastic time-history analysis under frequent earthquakes,elastic-plastic time-history analysis and stress analysis of the structure floor were performed.The analysis results show that the seismic performance of the whole structure and each component could reach the design target,and the structure system is safe and feasible.Finally the joints relevant to the concrete filled steel tube column designed in this project were introduced.
