基于蒙特卡罗法的十字型件刚度分析

Analysis of cruciform-stub stiffness based on Monte Carlo method

摘要 目前钢结构节点初始转动刚度的理论计算方法主要是欧洲规范(EC3)中提出的组件法。基于带横向加劲肋的梁柱钢节点,结合组件法,将带加劲肋的T型件视为一个新的组件——十字型件进行分析。通过十字型件与T型件的对比分析,明确了十字型件性能分析的必要性,给出其在组件法中的适用条件。设置析因实验来给出影响十字型件初始刚度的各个因素,同时分析各个因素之间的交互效应。基于固支梁模型,提出十字型件初始刚度理论计算公式,同时结合有限元分析和蒙特卡罗模拟,对该理论公式进行检验。最后,根据析因实验和蒙特卡罗模拟计算的结果,给出了计算准确度更高、应用更为简便的十字型件刚度经验公式。 At present,the theoretical calculation method of the initial rotational stiffness of steel structure is mainly the component method proposed by Eourcode3(EC3).Based on steel beam-column joints with transverse stiffeners,combined with the component method,T-stub with stiffeners was analyzed as a new type of component—cruciform-stub.Through the comparative analysis between cruciform-stub and T-stub,the necessity of the cruciform-stub performance analysis was explicated,and the applicable conditions of cruciform-stubs in the component method were obtained.Factorial experiments were adopted to obtain the factors that affect the initial stiffness of cruciform-stubs,and the interaction effect between the various factors was analyzed.Based on the clamped beam model,the theoretical formula for calculating the initial stiffness of the cruciform-stub was proposed.Combined with finite element analysis and Monte Carlo simulation,the theoretical formula was validated.Finally,according to the results of factorial experiment and Monte Carlo simulation,a new empirical formula for the stiffness of cruciform-stub with higher caculation accuracy and easier application was proposed.
