上海中森装配式混凝土结构设计实践发展及设想 被引量:5

Practical development and conception of assembly concrete structural design of Zhongsen in Shanghai

摘要 简要回顾了几种典型装配式结构体系(内浇外挂结构、叠合式装配结构、装配整体式剪力墙结构(含饰面集成)、装配整体式框架-核心筒结构、全装配式框架结构)的项目情况,对项目中的关键技术(叠合式结构计算分析与构造、预制剪力墙分析与连接构造、预制框架梁柱节点构造等)与工程问题(生产、安装效率与连接质量等)做了简单介绍。对近年来装配式建筑行业推广中所涉及的设计理论、工程构造及建造效率等问题进行了分析与思考,并对装配式结构的优化与中远期目标进行了设想。提出可通过逐步提升预制构件的应用比例及自动化安装程度来实现全面工业化的建筑产品,达到绿色可持续发展与向工业化转型的目标。 The project situations of several typical assembly structure systems were briefly reviewed,including inside-casting and outside-hanging structure,overlapped assembly structure,assembly monolithic shear wall structure(including decoration integration),assembly monolithic frame-corewall structure and full assembly frame structure.The key technologies in the projects were briefly introduced including calculation,analysis,and construction of overlapped structure,analysis and construction of prefabricated shear wall and construction of assembly frame beam-column joints.The construction problems were also briefly introduced including production,installation efficiency and connection quality.The design theory,construction structure and construction efficiency involved in the promotion of assembly construction industry in recent years were analyzed and considered,and the optimization of assembly structure and medium and long-term objectives were envisaged.It was proposed that the comprehensive industrialization of building products could be achieved by gradually increasing the application proportion of assembly components and the degree of automatic installation,so as to achieve the goal of green sustainable development and industrialization transformation.
