摘要
杨浦96街坊项目4号楼为上海市第一个装配整体式框架-现浇核心筒结构高层办公楼,主要介绍了项目的超限情况及抗震性能目标,预制框架梁、柱的连接方式,预制框架梁与现浇核心筒的连接做法,通过三维BIM模型进行复杂梁柱节点连接的安装模拟,避免了钢筋的碰撞以及现场预留套筒安装的操作空间,并基于实际项目提出三个方面的调整建议,更好地体现了装配式建筑工业化建造的优势,希望能给类似的设计提供借鉴。
Building 4,Yangpu 96 Block Project is the first high-rise office building with monolithic assembled concrete frame and cast-in-place corewall structure in Shanghai.Out-of-code situation and seismic performance objectives of the project were introduced,as well as the connection mode of precast frame beams and columns,and the connection method of precast frame beams and cast-in-place corewall.Through three-dimensional BIM model,the installation simulation of complex beam-column joint connection avoided the collision of steel bars and reserved the operation space of sleeve installation on site.Based on the actual project,three adjustment suggestions were put forward,which better reflected the advantages of industrial construction of assembly building,hoping to provide reference for similar designs.
