摘要
介绍了百年住宅的结构设计方法以及装配整体式剪力墙结构在百年住宅中的应用。通过现场荷载试验,对约束浆锚搭接新型连接方式和预制大跨度叠合板的设计进行验证。研究结果表明,在整个加载过程中,大跨度叠合楼板的挠度能满足其在正常使用极限状态和承载力极限状态下的规范要求。同时楼板也能满足正常使用时舒适度的要求。
The structural design method of centennial house and the application of assembled integral shear wall structure in centennial house were introduced.Through field load test,the design of new connection mode of confined rebar lapping in grout-filled hole and prefabricated long-span composite slab were verified.The results show that the deflection of large-span composite slabs can meet the specification requirements of the normal service limit state and load limit state during the whole loading process.At the same time,the floor can also meet the requirements of comfort in normal use.
