摘要
结合上海市首个装配整体式部分框支剪力墙结构项目,探讨了高预制装配率下框支剪力墙结构设计与深化设计所存在的问题和解决措施。通过计算分析和构造处理措施,验证了装配整体式框支剪力墙结构在高预制装配率下的可行性。对结构重要构件,特别是装配式构件连接部位提出了相对应的性能化目标,对结构进行弹性和弹塑性时程分析,结果表明,结构能够满足相应的性能目标。此外,还提出了构件拆分及施工工艺建议。可为同类建筑的结构设计提供参考和借鉴。
Based on the first assembly monolithic partial frame-supported shear wall structure project in Shanghai,the problems and solutions in the structural design and deepening design of frame-supported shear wall with high assembly rate were discussed.The feasibility of assembled monolithic frame-supported shear wall structure under high assembly rate was verified by calculation analysis and structural treatment measures.Corresponding performance objectives were proposed for important structural members,especially the connecting parts of assembly members.Elastic and elastic-plastic time-history analysis was carried out for the structure.The results show that the structure can meet the corresponding performance objectives.In addition,the suggestions of structural member splitting and construction technology were put forward,providing reference for the structural design methods of similar buildings.
