Structural analysis and design of Bauhinia Cultural Square

摘要 首先对紫荆文化广场项目塔楼和裙房部分采用不同基础方案的经济性进行对比,并对塔楼和裙房采用不同基础方案时的沉降量及沉降差进行对比分析。结果表明,塔楼下采用设抗冲切钢筋的有柱墩平板式筏基、裙房下采用独立基础+抗水板的基础形式无论在经济性和沉降差异方面均具有明显优势。归纳了存在较大范围下沉庭院的结构的抗震措施,分析了不平衡土压力下结构的内力,并在结构设计中采取相应加强措施。最后对超长地下室的温度作用进行计算分析,分析时分别考虑了施工期间和使用期间不同环境条件,并根据温度分析结果在设计中采取相应措施来控制结构裂缝。 Firstly,the economies of different foundation schemes for tower and podium of Bauhinia Cultural Square were compared,and the settlement and settlement difference of different foundation schemes for tower and podium were compared and analyzed.The results show that the flat raft foundation which is provided with punching shear resistant reinforcement with column piers under the tower and the foundation with independent foundation and water-resistant slab under the podium have obvious advantages in terms of economy and settlement difference.Then the aseismic measures of the structure with large-scale sunken garden were summarized,the internal forces of the structure under unbalanced soil pressure were analyzed,and the corresponding strengthening measures were taken in the structural design.Finally,the temperature effect of super-long basement was calculated and analyzed.The different environmental conditions during construction and use were taken into account,and corresponding measures were taken to control structural cracks according to the results of temperature analysis.
