摘要
针对四边不出筋、板侧采用密拼连接的钢筋桁架叠合双向板进行了足尺加载试验,研究了叠合双向板承载能力、裂缝开展、刚度变化、拼缝处受力性能等。试验结果表明:试验板在竖向荷载作用下的各项受力特性均表现为明显的双向板特征,满足正常使用极限状态与承载能力极限状态的要求,拼缝处通过增强附加钢筋、加密钢筋桁架等措施可有效限制连接处裂缝开展,保证接缝承载能力。通过对挠度、钢筋应变的分析,认为试验板垂直拼缝方向板带刚度略小于平行拼缝方向板带刚度。
A full-scale loading experiment was carried out on the type of steel bar truss superimposed two-way slab that has no extended reinforcement on all sides and are connected without gap.The properties of superimposed two-way slab were studied including its bearing capacity,crack development,stiffness change and force performance at the joint.The research results indicate that under vertical load,the force characteristics of the test slab all demonstrate typical two-way slab features,which meet the requirements of the serviceability limit states and the ultimate limit states.The means of strengthening the additional reinforcement and increasing the density of steel bar truss at the joint can effectively limit the crack development and ensure the bearing capacity of the joints.Through the analysis of the deflection and the strain of the reinforcement,it is considered that the stiffness of the slab in the vertical direction to the seam is slightly smaller than the stiffness of the slab in the parallel direction to the seam.
